Snowboarding Trick 7 Complex trick

What this trick involves is the same as Trick 7 but with added complexity – a 180 degree turn as you get on the rail and another 180 degree turn as you get off the other end.

This is another step in your snowboard trick progression building on skills you have mastered to get to this stage.

The rail you used to practice Trick 6 will do for this trick also. Approach the rail as before crouching slightly as you get nearer to the rail. Get ready to make your first 180 degree turn. Make your turn as you make your jump and 180 on to the rail being careful with your 180 degrees. Make sure that your board will land on the surface of the rail.

Slide along the rail as before, nice and controlled then make your second 108 turn as you reach the end of the rail to dismount. Land back on to the snow landing squarely bending your knees slightly to lessen the impact.

Harder still huh. But it feels so sweet when you get it right!
